What we do differently
There are three ways to clean a dryer vent and one of them works.
The quarter-hour method is a blower or shop vac aimed down the opening. Loose material at either end shifts, the compacted section stays put, an invoice gets written. That method fails particularly badly in this town, because dust-bound lint adheres to the pipe wall in a way loose lint does not.
The single-ended method works a brush in from the appliance only. Fine on a short straight run. On thirty feet with three bends it achieves very little.
What we do is come at it from both directions. Outside first with the machine left running, so its own exhaust carries what we loosen out through the cap rather than letting it drop back into the run. Then inside, power off and the appliance drawn away from the wall, brush into the vent and the material vacuumed out.
A long route with several bends gets both ends. A short straight one does not, and we say so rather than invent work.
We know Queen Creek houses

Say Harvest and we are already expecting a folded foil hose and a duct in the wall that is probably fine. Say Cortina and we know the house is finally old enough to have a genuinely packed run nobody has opened. The price is the price
$99 for a standard vent with roof access in it. $98 each for the two optional extras, $99 for each additional vent on the same property. All of it sits on the pricing page where anybody can read it before ringing.
Hardly anybody in this line of work prints a price, and the job being variable has nothing to do with it. A figure handed to you in your own laundry room, with the machine already dragged out and your morning written off, is worth more to them than one given down the phone. That is not a position we want.
What we will not tell you
The trade has a reputation and some of it is earned.
Nobody here invokes fire risk to push an extra. Restricted ducts genuinely do carry that risk and the NFPA figures sit on several of these pages, but as background rather than leverage. We will not describe a fault inside a wall neither of us can see.
And in a town with housing this young, this matters more than usual: if the duct did not need cleaning, you get told that. Sorting the hose and charging for that beats taking $99 for a clean that changed nothing, and it is the difference between a customer once and a customer every ten months.
The proof is on your floor
Nothing gets certified at the end of this job. What exists is the material pulled out of your duct, left where you can look straight at it.
It is the crudest possible verification and the only one worth anything, because a glance tells you whether $99 changed something.

Questions
What happens when I ring?
Street address, plus whichever day and time works for you, and it is booked. The figure gets quoted on that same call. Nobody comes out to look first and nobody rings you back to sell anything.
What hours?
7am to 8pm. Same-day is often possible if you ring early, and most bookings land inside the same week regardless.
Do I need to be there?
Yes. Somebody has to let us at the machine so it can be uncoupled and the run worked from that end, and you want to be there at the finish when what came out gets put in front of you.
Do I have to move the dryer?
No. We unplug it, uncouple the hose and draw it out, then put it back and run it before leaving.
Will the price move once you arrive?
It will not. $99 for a standard vent is what was quoted and what gets charged. If we find a genuine obstruction rather than ordinary buildup, we stop, show you, and quote that first.
What should I ask other companies?
Whether roof access is in the figure they just gave you. Most two-story homes here terminate through the tile, and the standard play is a low quote followed by a surcharge once they see the house.
